These terms explain how AOUNK X works and what we expect from everyone who uses it.
1. Using AOUNK X
By using this website or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use AOUNK X on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Investor and Idea Owner are marketplace modes only and do not grant any staff or administrative access.
3. Idea submissions
You may only submit ideas you have the right to share. Ideas are reviewed before publication and we may decline, archive or remove an idea at our discretion. Do not include confidential information in a public preview.
4. Intellectual property
Idea Owners keep ownership of their ideas and materials unless they agree otherwise in a separate written agreement. Submitting an idea grants AOUNK X only the limited permission needed to display it on the platform as you configure.
5. No investment advice or guarantee
AOUNK X is a platform for introductions. We do not provide investment, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee funding, partnerships or outcomes. Investors and Idea Owners are responsible for their own due diligence and for any agreement they make with each other.
6. Platform messaging
Conversations open only after an Idea Owner accepts an investor's interest. Be respectful and keep discussions relevant. We may review messages where needed for safety, moderation or support.
7. Prohibited use
Do not misuse the platform: no spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, scraping, attempts to bypass security, or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
8. Store and service availability
Store listings are informational and plans shown may be placeholders. Availability and content of services, including licensed IPTV offerings, depend on licensing and region. No payment is taken on this website; any purchase is confirmed separately.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk. You can stop using AOUNK X at any time and ask us to delete your account.
10. Liability
We work hard to keep AOUNK X available and accurate, but the platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on content posted by other users.
11. Governing law and contact
